On Monday, Aug. 21, those living in North America will be treated to an eclipse of the sun. Prepare for this amazing event with representatives from the Kingman Museum as they discuss the science and history behind this special phenomenon. The program will include a short video and PowerPoint presentation. Also, safety demonstrations will be given and free resources will be available. At the end of the program, participants will receive eclipse-viewing glasses. The program is for those 8 and older. Groups or organizations must register by calling 269-968-8166, ext. 518.
