Public Meeting Rooms
Willard Library provides 2 small meeting rooms for groups of 4 or less, and 1 large meeting room for groups of up to 12 people. They are located on the second floor of Willard Library.
Meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis during library hours. However, you must stop by the Information Desk to make the immediate booking. Meeting rooms may be reserved in advance by library cardholders. Reservations can only be made up to 30 days in advance.
The small meeting rooms (Farley and Payne) can be booked for 1 hour. The large meeting room (Pierce) can be booked for 2 hours. If no one is waiting for a room, a 1 hour extension can be made.
Meeting Rooms cannot be occupied 1/2 hour prior to closing.

Equipment
The Farley Room (one of the small meeting rooms) has an Internet computer with a webcam and microphone available.
A presentation screen is available for the Pierce Room by request. Advance notice is required.
Guidelines
General – Willard Library’s Public Meeting Rooms are available to all on a first come, first serve basis. You must stop by the Reference Desk on the main floor to book the room and have it unlocked. Willard Library cardholders may reserve a meeting rooms in advance. Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Reservations can be made over the phone (269) 968-8166 x513, or at the Information Desk on the main floor.
Rules – By applying for use of the meeting room the applicant acknowledges that its activity is not sponsored by Willard Library.
Individuals or groups using the meeting room will hold Willard Library, its agents and representatives, harmless from any and all suits, actions, claims or demands of any character or nature arising out of or brought on account of any injuries or damages sustained by any person as a consequence or result of use of the meeting room, its furnishings or equipment.
By applying for use of the meeting room the applicant acknowledges that they will not identify Willard Library as associated in any way with their group’s activities in any of their literature or publicity. If the applicant does publicize their meeting, whether in print or online, they must include the phrase: “This is not a Willard Library program.”
All library rules apply when using the meeting rooms.
Who May Use the Meeting Room and For What Purpose? – The meeting rooms at Willard Library can be reserved by Willard Library cardholders. The meeting rooms are not available to conduct business transactions or fundraising. Admission or fees may not be charged by individuals or groups in the meeting room. Meeting rooms can be used for study, book clubs, discussions, and presentations.
Frequency of Use – Willard Library may regulate frequency of meeting room use by a particular applicant or group.
Cancellation – Please notify us as soon as possible, by either calling or cancelling online, if you have to cancel a meeting room reservation.
