Willard Library is here to help you help your students. We offer many resources, including assignment help, library visits, an online book library, and even free gently used books for your classroom.
Request A Visit
Career Days and March is Reading Month are great occasions to visit with a librarian. Check out our Request a Visit form to schedule a visit to the library, or for a librarian to visit your classroom.
Assignment Alert
Have a big assignment coming up? Use our Assignment alert so that our librarians can select resources perfect for you and your students.
ConnectED program
Students in Battle Creek Public Schools, Harper Creek Community Schools, Lakeview School District, and Pennfield Schools are able to access Willard Library books and resources with their student identification numbers.
How to use it:
On the library website, students click on “account” and use their Student ID Number for the library card number and the last four digits of the telephone number registered with the school for the PIN.
This student ID number and PIN can also be used to access the library’s digital content through the Libby, Hoopla, and Freegal apps.
It can be used to check library materials and sign in to computers on-site at the library. If your students have trouble logging in, please call the library at 269-968-8166, ext. 512.
Educator Cards
Classroom educators who reside outside of Willard Library’s service area are eligible for an educator card. To receive a card, bring a recent pay stub and a photo ID to either library location.
